• At least 1 year of experience in the position applied for, in a renowned hospitality brand or standalone high-end restaurant

• Fluency in English is required

• Proficiency in a second language such as Spanish, French, Arabic, Russian, Mandarin or Greek is a strong advantage

• Strong communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service

• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and able to take initiative

• Some positions require practical knowledge of Opera, Epicure, or Micros systems

  Competitive monthly salary, tax-free, based on the position offered.

• Accommodation:
  Provided for positions up to supervisory level in modern colleague housing, located 15–20 minutes from the hotels. Includes shared rooms and a wide range of amenities such as swimming pools, gym, game rooms, clinic, salons, and more.

• Transportation:
  Complimentary 24-hour shuttle service between housing and hotels. Occasional transport to shopping malls is also available.

• Meals:
  Free meals provided during duty at the staff canteen, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, coffee breaks, and night shift options. Additional meals are available at the housing cafeteria.

• Language Allowance:
  Additional monthly benefit for fluent speakers of select languages (Spanish, French, Arabic, Italian, Mandarin, Russian), applicable to front-of-house positions.

• Service Charge & Tips:
  Distributed monthly based on hotel performance. Tips are shared equally within each department.

• Working Hours & Days Off:
  Standard workweek of 48 hours with one day off. Some roles may require split or night shifts.

• Contract Duration:
  Full-time roles offer 3-year contracts. Seasonal roles are available from October to May.
