REQUIREMENTS

Minimum of 1 year of experience in the position you are applying for.

For certain positions, having experience in luxury hotels/restaurants is a must.

Fluent level of English.

Over 21 years of age.

We are looking for passionate people with good experience, but also profiles who have recently started their career and are eager to learn!

PACKAGE OFFER

Accommodation: Colleagues will be provided with shared accommodation, furnished with expenses covered, laundry, gym and studio access including group fitness classes, 2 swimming pools, 10 playing courts and a running track, 24hr supermarket, Coffee shop and sports lounge, Salons (ladies and gents), 24hs clinic, Dental clinic, Mosque and prayer rooms, Communal laundry rooms.

Transportation: To and from the employment place. To and from certain local tourist spots.

Meals: Duty meals provided and Colleague restaurant free of charge.

Insurance: Health insurance and life insurance.

Flights: Flight to the country of origin provided every 24 months.

Annual Leave: Depending on the department – 26 working days

Visa and relocation to Dubai: Work visa, plane ticket, airport pickup, and relocation to employee accommodation provided.

Service charge: Depending on the outlet and occupancy ( the service charge would be an additional income for employees, calculated based on the revenue or occupancy of the outlet where they work)

Language allowance: Arabic, Mandarin, Russian, French, German, Spanish, Italian, after passing an in-person verbal test. ( The language allowance is an additional compensation provided to employees who possess proficiency in specific languages, this benefit recognizes and rewards multilingual employees for their skills, which can enhance customer service and contribute to the company’s success.

Working days: 6 days a week, 48hs total.
