The interview is, in most cases, the defining stage of the personnel selection process. That’s why it’s so important to shine at this moment and make your profile stand out from the rest.
Having an interview in another language shouldn’t be a problem if you’ve had good preparation beforehand. Here are some tips for your interview:
Personal Branding:
The first thing to know when preparing for the interview is that it requires prior introspection. To better project our professional profile and be authentic in our expectations and skills, it’s necessary to first know ourselves. We can start by asking ourselves the following questions:
What is my personality like? What characterizes me? In what aspects do I excel? What is my niche of work or specialty? In which others do I have difficulties? What do I want to achieve in the short and long term? What can I contribute from my education and experience to a future employer?
Reflecting on our identity allows us to feel more confident, clearly present all our professional experience on the CV, and convey that confidence when presenting ourselves to the recruiter.
